1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LIFTIX application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, we request that you do not use the application or its related services.

2. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, logos, graphics, user interfaces, and trademarks associated with LIFTIX are the exclusive property of Águila Studio. No right of exploitation, copying, modification, or distribution of the software is granted to third parties without prior express authorization.

3. Premium Subscription (PRO)

LIFTIX offers a free access model and an optional subscription model called LIFTIX PRO ($1.99/month or $15/year). Payments and management of these subscriptions are securely processed through the official platforms of Google Play Store and RevenueCat. By acquiring the PRO modality, you accept the billing policies of those entities.

4. Limitation of Liability

LIFTIX is a digital tool for logging and tracking workout weights. Águila Studio is not responsible for injuries, health problems, or physical damage resulting from improper execution of exercises, overtraining, or inappropriate use of routines by the user. Supervision by a sports professional is always recommended.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily or permanently suspend features of the application in order to improve performance, stability, or add new characteristics to the training ecosystem.
